On September 6-8, 2024, 2024 Silk Road Xinjiang Petroleum and Chemical Industry Expo and the Second Silk Road Xinjiang Petrochemical Industry Development Forum were held in Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center. For the market demand in Northwest and Central Asia, Bing Sheng Technology has prepared three kinds of high-efficiency adsorption products. Among them, the flagship product - oil-absorbent particles DPTH-A is unique single molecule full-coverage gas phase modification process, which has the characteristic of “only absorbing oil but not water”, with water-repellent rate as high as 99%, and at the same time, it is high-temperature resistant and easy to be stored. The oil-absorbing particles PPTH-1 are light in density and can float after fully absorbing oil, which is favorable for recycling.

The newly upgraded oil-absorbing powder ZF-A is based on the original ecological inorganic material, which can quickly and selectively adsorb and lock the oil in the oil sludge disposal, and it is the “little master” for solving the problem of oil sludge disposal in the oilfield. Many experiments have proved that it can rapidly reduce the oil content of oil sludge from 16% to 0.35%, effectively improve the soil composition, so as to meet the environmental protection requirements of transferring to landfill or reuse.
